The Cultural Affairs and Missions Sector announces about scholarships for obtaining a doctorate degree and scientific missions to conduct post-doctorate researches, the period for each will be six months from the Federal Republic of Russia in the fields of (physics - mathematics - renewable energy - Computer Science and Information Technology - Life Sciences - Agricultural Science and Nutrition - Basic Science - Russian language and Literature).

The applying conditions for the scholarship:

· The candidate should be Egyptian and one of the assistants of the faculty members at the public Egyptian universities - institutions - bodies - research centers.

· The age of the candidate should not be more than 32 years for Ph.D in January 31, 2015 and 45 years for the candidate for the scientific mission

· The candidate for Ph.D. should be working as a lecturer or the equivalent at one of the Egyptian universities or research centers listed in missions plan .

· His working experience should not be less than two years.

· Applicants for doctorate degree should not have been registered for the PhD in homeland more than a year and a half in the first of October 2015.

· The candidate for a doctorate should pass the international TOEFL score of 500 marks or 61 degrees in the IBT or 5 degrees in the IELTS test score is required.

· Applicants for the scientific missions scholarships should have obtained a doctorate from one of the Russian-speaking countries, and have been obtained his doctorate from at least two years, and should not have benefited or obtained any scientific mission from missions.


The deadline to apply for these scholarships will be on Thursday January 22, 2015.
