There isnowan interest to access to privateproposals of how todistribute fertilizers,alternativefertilizerandneglectful crops , especially barley which may be called the fourth generation of the national campaigns through :
1 - Using R @ D with no more than two years
2 - Cooperation with international centers , especially belonging to the CGIAR system
3 - There should be an integratedidea about thecropfor example, the wheat, the role of scientific research and improving the quality of Egyptian bread
4 -There should beintegration between the various research organizations on one hand and industry and government agencies on the other hand
5 - The initiativeacceptsany other positive ideas but through aweek the researcher mustchoose the name of the cropwhich hewishes to attend its workshop at the Academy of Scientific Research also he must mention the type of theavailabletechnology in the lab , which employs he works at and its impact on the advancement of the productivity of the crop and therequiredperiod to reach this goal.
