The 15 teams are competing for entrepreneurs from 6 Arab countries on the top three , from countries Egypt , Jordan , Lebanon , Palestine , Syria and Yemen .
In this context, will also be honoring a number of entrepreneurs from Egypt , who has already won one of the first centers in the activities and competitions programs to extract innovation , operated by the organization, over the past years , and to identify the development reached by their projects , programs and competitions : Made at home Arab , and the pioneers of industrial projects , technological business plans .
The Dr. Mahmoud Sakr head of the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology : the importance of relying on the pillars of scientific research and technological innovation by linking the problems of society and industry Egyptian and Arab scientific and technological research . And support entrepreneurs Alaptkariyn and start-ups , based on scientific research , especially as the investment in the area will enhance the ability of Egypt and Arab countries on innovation , including increasing the attractiveness of the Egyptian economy and the Arab regional and international companies and multinationals , which will contribute to job creation , with the entry dignified , help cure the problem of unemployment , incomes and provide decent young men and women , and push economic growth .
And will organize a final ninth session of the contest by the Arab Foundation in partnership with the University of the Egyptian Nile and program NU100, and the support of the Fund of Science and Technological Development Egyptian STDF and the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology ASRT, and the Fund OPEC for International Development " Alawvid " OFID, Inc. Mentor Graphics global Mentor Graphics in Egypt and the Middle East and North Africa , and in collaboration with all the centers of entrepreneurship in the Arab countries .
It is worth mentioning that the prize winners of the three first contest TBPC, is six thousand dollars for first place , and 4 thousand to second , and 3 thousand for third place , as well as to participate in the Investing in Technology Forum , organized by the Foundation annually , and combines representatives of venture capital and risk- seeking investment opportunities and ideas innovative to invest in them .
