A scientific seminar to solve the problems of small farmers in raising rabbits under the title of " Problems which face small farmers and its effects in raising rabbits " and sponsored by Dr./ Ashraf Al-Shehhi, President of the University and Dr./ Saeed Abd El-Aziz, Governor of El-Sharqia, College Technology and Development in conjunction with the Egyptian Society for rabbits science organizesthe seventh scientific seminar headed by Dr./ Ebrahim Fayez Marey on next Tuesday, April 8 at nine o'clock in the morning at Faculty and Leadership Development Center (FLDC) at the university .
Dr./ Shawki Metwally, Dean of the college and Honorary President of the seminar said that a number of professors and specialists from universities, institutes, research centers and who are working in the field of raising rabbits will participate in the seminar .
Dr./ Hassan Mahmoud Al- Kilaoy, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs and the seminar reporter said that the seminar program includes five scientific sessions and will conclude with a discussion group with the raisers during it they will discuss the problems facing raising rabbits in Egypt and make some proposed solutions in order to face it.
Dr./ Mustafa Tawfiq, General coordinator of the seminar added that the seminar will discuss a number of topics about " common diseases in rabbits in farms of junior raiser and how to overcome it" , " the role of junior raisers in the advancement of raising rabbits in Egypt " , the use of Moringa as a source of nontraditional fodder" , " problems of fertility and reproduction of rabbits at junior raiser " , " overcome the problems of increasing new birth mortality in rabbits until the age of marketing and production . "
